I began to feel a difference from the 02 plug in within 2-3 days. My mood began to improve and my stress/anxiety seemed to be lessened. What stood out to me the most however were the changes in my dog. When she’s not with me at work (I’m a dog walker), She has always been happy to be home and the bedroom (much like a teenager), and only hangs out for a little while with me before going back to her place of solitude.
Day 2 after plug in, she has been spending the majority of her time hanging out with me in the living room. Since this is out of character for her, the only thing I believe it could be is the device. It’s impossible for her to be having a psychosomatic response (unlike myself).
I wholeheartedly endorse this amazing device! I can only imagine what the more powerful devices are like!
